Million thanks for her feedback on our chocolate, and appreciated much on her super-sensory power👍🏻❤️
Did I mention that Chocobien () has some unique creations, one of them is Nicaragua 72% Chuno White Champaka Flowers Gin Agend Chocolate, made with high quality Nicaraguan beans, seasoned for three months with gin and white champaka flowers.
White champaka, also called white sandalwood or jade orchid tree, is a magnolia or magnolia hybrid variety popular in Southeast Asia, and a magnolia hybrid with another plant, which is primarily distinguished by the intense scent of flowers that produce the essential oil used in the perfumery industry.
I don‘t know what this flower smells like, but the chocolate smell is fascinating, very elegant and pleasant. You can smell a little to***co in it, but also wood, walnuts, dried cranberries, smoked plums and flowers, maybe even roses. The taste is sweet and subtle, although very understated. You can say that the base here is acacia honey, in which notes of juniper, gin, fruity sweetness turning a little towards the sandalwood, and then spices: cinnamon, cardamom and again juniper. In general, the taste is complex and elegant, sweet, without acidic, bitter or bitter notes, although in the late taste there is a mild plant bitterness, and in even later spiciness, like pepper.
