Cacao Farm Tour in Oct
Our cacao farm open for tour again! After 1.2 months of preservation, our cacao trees have flower blossom and got many pollination successful, so many cacao fruits come out, so it's the right time to open for visiting and viewing the cacao fruits on tree!
Please check on our website to book the tour, we shall show the roasting of cacao beans, winnowing and grinding to chocolate, tasting chocolate and cheese😊

Accidential aged cacao beans in Macallan 12 years whisky for two years😊 due forgot keeping behind other aging containers😊😊
The cacao beans are dissolved to melt by the whisky, becomes layers of different colours like sedimentary soil.
Will try to make chocolate and see what will become😊
