有關終止唯一國際集團（香港）有限公司代理分銷Rainbow / Thermostar業務的通知
本公司於即日起終止與唯一國際集團（香港）有限公司的經銷商關係。該公司不再為Rainbow / Thermostar產品的分銷商, 不可再代表本公司作任何與Rainbow / Thermostar產品有關之商業活動。
本公司客戶如接受未經授權之人士維修或提供的非原廠配件或產品而造成的損壞，均違反Rainbow / Thermostar製造商的保養條例，是有機會因此而失去原廠保養的。
在此，我們正式聲明，Rainbow / Thermostar香港的總代理僅為康家(香港)有限公司。合法的香港代理商只有A Blessed Way (HK) Ltd一家公司，其他公司均無法合法經營Rainbow / Thermostar產品，無權銷售、維修或提供任何Rainbow / Thermostar的產品、配件及零件。
Rainbow / Thermostar 代理商絕對沒有向任何第三方非代理公司提供任何 Rainbow / Thermostar 的原廠配件或產品。故 Rainbow / Thermostar客戶如接受其他公司提供的非原廠配件或任何添加物，均屬違反 Rainbow / Thermostar 製造商的保養條例，是有機會因此而失去原廠保養的。

【Declaration】
Notice of Termination of The Only Way Int’l (HK) Ltd’s Distribution of Rainbow /Thermostar
Please be advised that we are ending our distribution agreement with "The Only Way" Int’l (HK) Ltd. with immediate effect. "The Only Way" will no longer be able to act on our behalf in any Rainbow-related business dealings.
Rainbow / Thermostar clients may be in breach of the manufacturer's warranty restrictions and risk
forfeiting their original guarantee if they accept repairs or non-original parts or goods from unapproved parties.
We hereby formally declare that Rainbow / Thermostar 's sole distributor in Hong Kong is Healthy Homes (HK) Ltd. The only legitimate HK sub-distributor is “A Blessed Way (HK) Ltd”; no other company has the legal distribution rights to sell, repair, or supply any Rainbow / Thermostar products, accessories, or parts.
Rainbow / Thermostar distributors do not supply any Rainbow original parts or products to any third-party. Therefore, Rainbow / Thermostar customers who accept non-original parts or any supplies provided by other companies will be in violation of the warranty terms set by the Rainbow / Thermostar manufacturer and may risk losing their original warranty.
