Seen award-winning Japanese artist Izumi Kato’s sculpture trio ‘Untitled’ at K11 MUSEA? His first-ever art collectible released with K11 based on the creation are now available at K11 Design Store eSHOP!

‘Untitled’ (2021) was the artist’s first bronze variation on the stone series that began in 2016, originally crafted of materials collected near the artist's coastal studio in Hong Kong. Each work is a wide-eyed humanoid monument made up of separate but joined parts, depicting an image of a far-flung future, but also suggesting a mystical past.

Currently on display as an icon of the Nike name with its groundbreaking waffle sole that continues to be a driving source of inspiration for running technology, the auction record-breaking 1972 Moon Shoe presented from K11’s collection is a forerunner of footwear innovation dubbed “The Holy Grail of Sneakers”.

Connecting Nike’s lineage are four zones that highlight different areas of progress: ‘Nike 50 Moments’ celebrates the past, present, and future through an audiovisual experience; the ‘Moon Path’ features marathon heritage artefacts, including the 1972 Moon Shoe; ‘Allure of Air’ pays tribute to Nike Air’s cushioning technologies, one of the brand’s most sustainable innovations; the ‘Move to Zero Lounge’ rethinks design for sustainability and athletic performance, featuring six local creative visionaries who have repurposed Nike manufacturing waste in artistic ways — including 222 The Backyard, Brainrental, Domz, Kate Chung (also known as PATPATKATE), Lam Wai Keung, and The Flying Hawk Studio.
