有檳友表示無見到呢個Champagne tasting， 的確係無出過post就已經滿座了。 為左幫大家止渴，8月初加開一場，座位依然有限，DM 留位啦， WhatsApp 都可以 ！

Growers and Champagne Houses, united within the Comité Champagne, have set, today the 22nd of July in Epernay, the merchantable yield for the coming harvest at 8 800 kg/ha. This communal & key decision aims to cautiously rebalance stocks as well as safeguarding the economic viability of the estates and most important, maintaining the highest quality standards. ✂️🍇🍾

法國自五月起氣溫異常高，尤其東北部地區，香檳區今年葡萄收成（Vendanges）會提早嚟到！現時估計部分產區八月中就開始採收啦～ ✂️🍇

Exceptionally warm temperatures in France since May, especially in Nord East Region, will lead to an early Vendanges period in Champagne. It is now estimated to start by middle of August in some areas. ✂️🍇
