招聘 Customer Service officer
Job description: 工作職責
1. Create account in the system 在系統中創建賬戶
2. Data Entry 數據錄入
3. Inventory Control 庫存管理
4. Customer service support follow the Accounts Receivable and file claim etc. 客戶服務支持，跟進應收賬款並提交索賠
5. Assist in ad-hoc projects and marketing activities 協助臨時項目和市場營銷活動
Job Requirements 職責要求
1. University degree of any discipline is preferred but not a must大學學歷優先，專業不限
2. Good analytical skills, communication skills良好分析能力和溝通能力
3. Basic knowledge and understanding of financial numbers and attention-to-details 具備基本財務分析能力，注重細節
4. Self-motivated & positive attitude 積極主動，態度樂觀
5. Good command of both Chinese and English, verbal and written 良好中英文口語和書寫能力
6. Interest in retail and marketing is highly preferred 對零售和市場營銷有興趣的優先
Salary 薪資
negotiable, based on working experience 薪資面議，可根據工作經驗而定
