Another intimate tea tasting at my private studio in Kennedy Town. I love how I get to connect with new friends from all over the world through the ritual of tea while I get to share my belief that sitting down for a brew really helps you recenter your being and be more mindful about your feelings. My guest from earlier today is from Zimbabwe and she mentioned she's not a huge tea drinker, but she'd love to learn more about it since she lives in Beijing now and would love to get more in touched of other cultures. She brought up a very thoughtful question on how my 2019 has turned out, whether it's been good or bad. I got lots to share on that subject and I'll publish a post about it on the last day of the year very soon!
