Frederic Blondeel chocolates are freshly handcrafted in Belgium every day, including ganaches, truffles, caramels, gianduja (hazelnut chocolates filling) and chocolate tablets. Only ingredients of the finest quality are used, in which beans are sourced from best producers in Madagascar, Ghana, Sao Tome, Tanzania, Peru, Venezuela, and west of South Asia, such as Java and New Guinea. el built a world fame as a master chocolatier of fine and exclusive chocolates. He was a pastry chef in very prestigious restaurants in France before he devoted his life to chocolate in 1994. His endurance and passion lead him to establish his atelier in Beauvoorde, Belgium. Since then, he has repeatedly won the Great Taste Award - Gold Medal in 2004 – 2012. In 2012, Frederic Blondeel was featured in Gault & Milau as one of the top 25 Best Chocolatier and Pastry Chef, and its chocolates has continue to win the hearts of the pickiest Belgian chocolate lovers.

比利時正宗手工朱古力名店由比利時新鮮空運到港. 朱古力大師Frederic Blondeel嚴選最新鮮的材料，以及使用來自非洲、馬達加斯加、加納、坦桑尼亞、亞洲西南部的爪哇和新幾內亞的可可豆，堅持以人手製作包括 Ganache、Truffles、 Caramel、 Gianduja 及排裝朱古力在內過百款朱古力。

朱古力大師Frederic Blondeel曾於著名的餐廳及酒店任職甜品師傅，鑽研糕點廚藝。1994年，他專注朱古力事業並製作出獲獎無數的朱古力，同時獲得比利時朱古力美食評論家的歡心。由2004年至2010年間，Frederic Blondeel連續7年榮獲英國Great Taste Award 金獎。憑藉他對朱古力的熱情及專注，帶領他於比利時北部開辦名下首間朱古力店，與一班對朱古力充滿熱情的團隊製作出各式各樣精緻且獨特的朱古力。
