🏆 PHA is proud to announce that Chongqing Garden City has won the Gold Award at the Build4Asia Awards 2026! ✨
As one of PHA’s key commercial projects completed in recent years, Chongqing Garden City continues the “ecological and diverse” design philosophy first established at Chongqing THE RING Shopping Park. Within a new market context, the project further explores the evolving spatial possibilities of eco-commercial design. 🌿
At the heart of the project is the 4,000+ sqm “World Tree” immersive vertical space — a spectacular mechanical forest where steampunk aesthetics merge with fantasy woodland elements. The space creates a mysterious and dramatic experience integrating coexistence, life exploration, and interactive technology. ⚙️🌳✨
