Feeling more triggered than usual lately? More thoughts, less sleep, emotions running high for no clear reason? Read this before you talk yourself out of the session.

We’re not just in the Lion’s Gate portal this year. We’re in it during a Fire Horse year, a combination that only comes around once every 60 years. The last one was 1966. The next one is 2086. So whatever transformation this portal normally brings, multiply it by ten. Things arrive faster. Triggers hit harder. Everything is amplified.

What you’re feeling right now isn’t you falling apart. These are ascension symptoms, and they show up the same way for almost everyone. You’re thirsty all the time. This is why leveling up feels like you’re falling apart.

I’ll be honest with you. I’m in the middle of my own Lion’s Gate portal right now, and the past few months have been a whirlwind. I’m living the exact thing I’m about to teach you, which is probably why I can feel it so clearly, and why I think you’re feeling it too. There’s a collective pull happening, like we’re all being sucked into the same vacuum at once.

Here’s what I’ve learned inside it. When a new version of you starts coming online, the old one doesn’t just step aside. She fights. Everything you thought you’d healed comes back louder, every old memory resurfaces, every reason to go back to who you were feels reasonable again. It’s two magnets on opposite ends, both pulling at the same person, and that person is you.

Most women read that pull as a sign they’re doing something wrong. They feel the resistance, assume they’ve failed, and quietly retreat to the version of themselves that felt safe. That’s the trap. The resistance isn’t the exit sign. It’s the actual work.

Your only job right now is to give the version of you that’s arriving more ammunition than the one that’s leaving. To feel what surfaces, let it move through you, and then put your energy back on who you’re becoming instead of getting pulled into the past on repeat.

There's a version of me from six years ago I barely recognize now. Different hair, a corporate job, forcing a smile that was slowly hollowing me out.

I don't resent her. She's the reason I'm here today. But she was never built to create the life I actually wanted.

No one tells you this part about a real leap forward: it's not about inventing a brand new self. It's about deciding which of your past selves earns the right to keep going.

Because you've been many of them already. The one who stayed quiet to avoid conflict. The one who gave everything and mistook it for love. That version of you is showing up not because you are taking steps back.

Your shadows are showing up EXTRA hard because they are getting ready to be cleared.

She is working harder to keep you stuck.

She is not giving you a hard time.

She kept you alive through things that should have taken you out, and she is very good at spotting the moment you are about to make yourself visible in a way she cannot protect you from.

So she brings up every memory she has of what happened last time.
