Was very happy to have this land on my doormat today. I thought the postie was bringing me pressies!! Which at my age happens a lot.... anyone else completely forget what they order and it's like Christmas when parcels turn up? Anyway this one a lovely surprise. I am a huge fan. Kyla Cobbler can't wait to read it and get furious and jacked!! #, furiousandjacked

What happens to the paint left behind on an artist's palette?
I couldn't bear to throw mine away, so I've started giving it another life.
The dried paint from my own palettes is peeled away and transformed into completely unique, double-sided pieces of wearable art. Even the little scraps can become something beautiful. Each one is individual and handmade in small batches.
And this one seems to have developed a personality of its own... 👀
Can you see the face?

Sometimes a little picture can hold a big memory.
A favourite place, a familiar view, a moment that takes you straight back.
That’s the idea behind my Miniature Memories collection: little pieces of art inspired by the places, moments and things we hold onto.
Which one brings back a memory for you?

I recently started repurposing my acrylic artist palettes and loving the art that appears on what I would have thrown away!! I now dry out the palettes well and make wearable Art... And what's more can be worn either side!!Two artistic necklaces in one 😍 What's not to like?

I often get distracted when out and about as I often see pretty things I would love to paint. This inspiration for this painting came from the orchids that are in the cafe The Canopy Sligo where I have my pop up. They have georgeous pink orchids all over the restaurant and there is a slatted wall which with my bad eyesight I thought was wallpaper!! its what I saw anyway and it inspired this floral. I hope to bring into the pop up this week. Sligo.Life
