Today we put the final touches on our Care4Carers Year 2 launch with which is taking place tomorrow, Tuesday 10th February at 11am at Inishowen Gateway Hotel, Buncrana.

Our team met with Mary Bradley Wellbeing to discuss the plan for the day. Stress Managment expert Mary will share supportive tools on managing the emotional and physical pressures of caring while protecting your own nervous system.

The launch is open to all family carers out there - whether they are registered carers or not - so come along and find out more about inspiring Explore Me Programme over a cuppa in a warm relaxing environment
