Order Cancellation & Returning Goods
It is Requested to all Customers to take time and check all the items care fully before buying it. online purchased items customer should respond back with in 48 hours after receiving it if the products is not working or have any problem. If you are not totally satisfied with any products that have been purchased or any item not working, you can
return them within 15 working days, starting from the day after the day of delivery, or purchased for a refund or credit. It is your responsibility to return the items in pristine condition and in original boxes and packaging. The cost of returning goods is to be met by you. We advise that you obtain proof of postage and return the items via a reputable courier or Anpost in Ireland. Please ensure that the goods are suitably packaged to prevent damage in transit. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of replacing these items from any refund when goods are returned to us damaged (if we are not notified of damages in advance and the reason for return was due to the reported damage). The Good return should not have any evidence of physical breaking, Water or any fire. Please notify us as soon as possible when you wish to cancel (Immediately after buying it online or through personalize online Chat agent) or wish to return. If an order has been personalised unfortunately you will be unable to cancel or edit the personalisation. We shall not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.
