Busy making a new batch of Drywors today! 🥩✨
It’s still drying, but I’ve written up the full recipe if you’d like to try it yourself. Such a simple, satisfying process — and a great one to have on the go in the run-up to Christmas.
I’m drying this batch in one of my biltong boxes from biltongbox.ie, but use whatever setup you have. Can’t wait to see how this turns out! 🎄
