Your backpack should carry the weight - not your shoulders 🥾🎒

Quick backpack fitting guide:

• Loosen all straps first
• Put the hip belt on FIRST- it should sit on your hip bones
• Tighten shoulder straps until snug, no gaps
• Clip the chest strap for stability
• Most of the weight should sit on your hips, not your shoulders.

On Saturday we had in with a group of traveler men who have completed their 8 weeks on the mountains with and are now heading on the Camino in September- we were delighted to help them out and get them fitted for all the correct gear for their upcoming adventure, we enjoyed having them all in and we wish them the best of luck on the Camino 🚶‍♂️‍➡️

For anyone who knows John you will know how much good he has done over the years, he is constantly helping people and is such an uplifting person to be around😀😀 - it would be great if everyone could go support him and on and follow along on the journey 🎉
