🥾 These are 3 hiking mistakes we see all the time⛰️

❌ Wearing cotton socks – Cotton holds moisture, which can lead to blisters. Choose merino wool to keep your feet dry and comfortable.

💧 Not carrying enough water – Staying hydrated is essential. Always carry more water than you think you’ll need.

🎒 Using a backpack that doesn’t fit properly – A poorly fitted pack can cause sore shoulders, back pain, and make even an easy hike feel difficult. The right fit makes all the difference.
