Where will you take your mat after lockdown?

You may not be able to take it far at the moment, so be inventive.

Even if it is a trip to the end of the garden wrapped up in winter woollies with a blanket.

We all need a bit of quiet and space to collect our thoughts.

Our yoga mat strap bag has a zipped pouch and is easily adjustable so you can fit a couple of mats and a blanket if that’s how you roll.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Let’s skip lockdown.

Strap on the Tena Ladies, it’s been a while since I used a skipping rope and I don’t remember it feeling like this.

More jiggles as I jump and I am more likely to wet myself but with a new training App I am going to give it a go and take 10 minutes out of each day to ‘Skip the Lockdown’.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
