At the start of , so much unfolds in this space. While I tidied and reset my stand during the week, member was teaching an oil- painting class, and a duo exhibition was buzzing in the gallery—an ever-changing showcase that highlights two West Cork Collective members every two weeks- a designated space amongst the varied art

This workspace is friendly and inviting, so you’ll often find members at work, creating right before your eyes.

Ok…didn’t finish all of these in one day, but today’s gentle rain had me grabbing the brushes and adding the finishing touches to these little scenes. 🐰🕊️✨

What you see:
A village church on a breezy afternoon and my Bunnies celebrating a moment (not sure what it will be yet- maybe communion day-still to be decided)
A playful scene of Bunny and his Irish woodland friends with gifts and banners to mark the occasion

How cool is this?! Emma's story on how this painting came about...

"This painting has a story. My husband and I met a friend at . We walked out and saw these two young ladies on the Square.
I took the pic, captured the moment and posted on Kinsale Notice Board asking if anyone knew these musicians.
Fast forward 4 months, I join the .cork.collective and at the launch event, I meet the young ladies in my photo...AND...their mother lands up being my retail West Cork Collective neighbour"

I am the neighbour and these are my girls!
Lucky me 🥰
