Fiona Scott Resin Artist ltd Resin Artist & Woodworker. Handcrafted cheese/serving boards & homewares. Finalist Irish Made Awards

17/09/2026

And just like that we’ve made it to day 3

We’ve had a ball selling, meeting & greeting people, seeing repeat customers and making new friends.

Stocks are getting a bit low but there is still plenty of wood & Ocean inspired lovliness to go around!

However the resin kits were a huge hit and there’s only a few left and when they’re gone, they’re gone so grab one of the last few quickly!

I got quite a few DM’s over the last few days asking where are we as they couldn’t find the stand so - WE ARE NOT IN THE RETAIL HUB AREA but amongst the government marquees in the marquee block 4, row 8, stand 152

15/09/2026

Day 1 is here and we’re finally set up. Managed to forget the sign but all sorted now!

Come say hi in pavilion, block 4 row 8 stand 152

If you’re looking for handmade home décor that doesn’t look like everyone else’s… you’ve found the right place. 🌊
Maybe you love beautiful interiors, natural materials and the colours of the coast.
But you don’t want your home filled with mass-produced pieces that could belong to anyone.
You want something different.
Something with character.
Something handmade.
Something that makes you stop and look.
That’s why I create ocean-inspired resin art and handcrafted wood & resin pieces in Ireland, inspired by the colours, movement and tranquillity of the Atlantic coast. 🌊
I’m Fiona, an Irish resin artist and woodworker based in Co. Offaly, creating one of a kind pieces for people who appreciate handmade Irish craftsmanship, natural materials and beautiful interiors with personality.
I work with Irish hardwoods and resin to create pieces that are both beautiful and useful — from handcrafted cheese and charcuterie boards and serving boards to resin artwork, clocks and unique home accessories.
And there’s something important behind every piece I make.
I don’t want to create things that simply fill a space.
I want to create pieces that make you feel something.
A reminder of the sea.
A favourite place.
A beautiful memory.
Or simply that wonderful feeling of being beside the Atlantic. 💙
Because your home should feel like you.
Not like a showroom.
Not like everyone else’s.
And certainly not mass-produced.
Every piece I make is created by hand, here in Ireland, and no two are ever exactly the same.
So if you’re drawn to:
🌊 Ocean-inspired interiors
🌿 Natural Irish hardwood
🎨 Original resin art
🇮🇪 Handmade in Ireland
🏡 Unique home décor
✨ Functional art with a story
🌊 The colours and tranquillity of the Atlantic
…then welcome. You’re my kind of person.
Follow Fiona Scott Resin Artist and come behind the scenes of my studio, where Irish wood, resin, colour and a little bit of ocean magic come together.
If you believe your home should tell your story rather than follow a trend, I think you’re going to like it here. 🤍

This wood was never meant to become a beautiful piece of homeware.

And that’s exactly why I love working with it.
The Irish hardwood I use isn’t simply ordered from a catalogue and delivered to my studio.
I source timber locally, including wood from trees that have reached the end of their natural lives, storm-damaged trees or trees that have needed to be felled because they were becoming dangerous.
Instead of letting that beautiful timber go to waste, I give it another life.
First comes the slow part.
The timber needs to be properly dried and prepared before I can start creating with it.
Then I get to work.
Cutting.
Sanding.
Shaping.
Choosing the perfect section of grain.
And finally…
🌊 the resin.
That’s when the character of the wood meets my love of the ocean.
I use flowing colours inspired by the sea and coastline but here’s the thing I never know exactly how the resin will move.
And that’s the magic.
The knots, grain, curves and natural imperfections of the wood aren’t things I try to hide.
They’re part of the story.
So when you see one of my handmade Irish serving boards, you’re not just looking at a piece of wood and resin.
You’re looking at a material that has already had a life…
and I’ve given it another one.
That’s one of the reasons handmade matters to me.
Less mass production. More character. More story. More connection to where we live.
And perhaps that’s why no two Fiona Scott Resin Art pieces will ever be exactly alike. 🤍
If you love Irish-made, sustainable craftsmanship, natural wood and ocean-inspired resin art, you’re definitely in the right place.
Follow along — next I’ll show you what happens when I introduce the resin to the wood. 🌊
And tell me…
Would you rather own something perfectly identical to hundreds of others, or something made from a piece of Irish timber that is completely unique?

I don’t make things for everyone.
And honestly?
That’s exactly how I like it.
I make for the person who walks into a room and notices the little things.
The person who would rather own one beautiful, handmade piece than five things everyone else has.
The person who loves natural wood, colour, texture and the feeling of bringing something unique into their home.
That’s why I don’t mass-produce my work.
I start with beautiful Irish hardwood, much of it sourced locally from trees that have reached the end of their natural lives or have needed to be felled.
Then I combine it with colourful, ocean-inspired resin.
And this is where things get interesting…
Because resin doesn’t always behave exactly as planned. 😉
The colours move.
The waves change.
The grain of the wood is different every time.
And rather than trying to make every piece identical, I work with those differences.
That’s what makes it yours.
A serving board becomes a piece of art.
A piece of timber becomes something you’ll use when friends come over.
A little piece of the Irish landscape finds its way into your home.
And that’s what I love about handmade.
It doesn’t look like it came from a production line.
It looks like someone cared.
So if you’re someone who chooses character over conformity, handmade over mass-produced and Irish-made over ordinary…
I think you’re going to like it here. 🌊🪵
Follow along and I’m going to show you much more of what happens behind the scenes at Fiona Scott Resin Artist

You probably don’t know me yet… but let me introduce myself. 👋
I’m Fiona, the maker behind Fiona Scott Resin Artist, creating handcrafted wood and resin art from my studio in the heart of Ireland.
I work with beautiful Irish hardwoods and combine them with colourful, ocean-inspired resin to create pieces for your home that are made to be used, enjoyed and admired.
Serving boards. Charcuterie boards. Homewares. Artwork. Clocks. Jewellery.
But behind all of those pieces is something much simpler…
I really love making things.
I love the feel of wood beneath my hands.
I love watching resin move and finding out where the colours take me.
I love taking something ordinary and turning it into something completely unique.
And my inspiration?
The Irish landscape, the Wild Atlantic coast, the colours of the sea and the places that have always made me stop and look.
I also believe there is something really special about buying something that wasn’t made by a machine in a factory thousands of miles away.
Something made slowly.
By hand.
By an actual person who cares about what they’re creating.
So if you’re new here, welcome. 🤍
You’ll find plenty of Irish-made craftsmanship, ocean-inspired resin art, sustainable materials, behind-the-scenes making and one-of-a-kind pieces here.
And hopefully, you’ll find something that makes you stop scrolling.
Tell me — what brought you here?

Are you my kind of person??

Maybe you’re my kind of person…

You like things with a story.

You appreciate the time it takes to make something by hand.

You’d choose a piece with character over something that looks like it came off a production line.

You love natural wood, beautiful colour and a little bit of the wild Irish coast brought into your home.

And you don’t need everything to match.

You want your home to feel like you.

That’s exactly why I make what I make.

Every piece that leaves my studio is handmade, one at a time, with the natural beauty of Irish wood and my love of ocean-inspired resin art.
No two are ever exactly the same.

And honestly?-

I wouldn’t want them to be.
