One of the best things that have come from running Waveborn is supporting the people we’ve met along the way. 🤍
We first crossed paths with Sam and Nessa at Gifted a few years back (one of Ireland’s most special craft fairs).
We clicked immediately. They were genuine, warm, funny and completely brilliant at what they do.
Happy to call them our friends as much as our colleagues. And stocking their work at Waveborn is genuinely one of our pleasures.

Their Mo Chroí tealight holder — ‘My Heart’ in Irish, hand-carved from locally sourced Irish timber in County Kildare — says everything about who they are as makers. Care in every detail.
And… we have something in the pipeline together that we’re very excited about. Watch this space 🫶

As the year closes, we just want to say thank you.

To everyone who stepped into Waveborn for the first time—and to everyone who came back again—you’ve made this little space in Rosslare Strand feel like what we hoped it could be: warm, welcoming, and full of good things.

Thank you for the chats at the counter, the thoughtful gifts chosen for people you love, the curious questions about makers and materials, and the moments browsing filling our shop with life, chatter and laughter.
