I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with . My sister purchased a mobile phone for ₹55,990 (Order #408-6480390-1070707) and received a used device with an open seal that overheats when charged. She initiated a return over a month ago. Initially, there was an issue with the IMEI number during the pickup process, but Amazon apologized for the inconvenience and arranged for the return pickup without verification.
However, despite the mobile being picked up by Amazon's representative, she has not received her refund. Customer service has been unhelpful, now claiming that the mobile was rejected during verification and is allegedly smashed and broken. This is completely unacceptable.
Amazon, I urge you to address this issue immediately and process her refund. Such poor service is not expected from a company of your reputation.
