Chief Nathan Ogbatue is the CEO of California Home Health Agency. Records reviewed by City Journal show the company received less than $2 million from Medicaid between 2018 and 2021 before payments surged to more than $34 million over the following three years.
During that period, Ogbatue and his wife acquired at least $7 million in California real estate, while Ogbatue reportedly funded a palace, roads and civic projects in Abatete, Nigeria, where golden statues of the couple were erected.
