Yes, it’s a traverso… and it feels and sounds wonderful: light under the fingers, steady in pitch, and surprisingly warm in tone.
I never imagined I’d fall for a flute born from resin and code — but here we are. Proof that innovation and tradition can breathe together through the same tone hole.
Huge thanks to Afflato for this little marvel — a 392 Chevalier — for showing that even the future can play in historical temperament. 😉
