my friends affectionately refer to me as a “hoe of all hobbies” and i’ve decided it’s time to make it everyone else’s problem 😂

somewhere along the way, we decided hobbies had to be things we were GOOD at… or productive at… or could somehow turn into a side hustle.

and i would personally like to unsubscribe!!!

i want to make things badly. spend an irresponsible amount of money at the craft store. become deeply obsessed with something for 3 months. convince all my friends to do it with me. and then inevitably discover another hobby i fear i suddenly cannot live without. 🫡

apparently being go-with-the-flow does not stop your brain from finding 700 completely hypothetical things to worry about!

after spending so much time thinking about your wedding, the last thing you want is to spend the actual day worrying about what’s next, whether everyone is having fun, or what could go wrong instead of actually being there….

things might run late. someone will ask you a question they absolutely should not be asking you. something tiny might not look exactly how you pictured it.

and I promise, your guests probably won’t even notice.

so delegate what you can, trust the people around you, and let yourself actually experience the day. your job is to GET MARRIED!!! 🥹🤍
