Sono state riprogettare e ricostruite le rave valve, anche i collettori sono stati fatti nuovi.
Pronti per test a Misano il 10/07 durante il Two Stroke Is Back.

I had to redesign and remake the power valves and fabricate new exhaust manifolds, in addition to carrying out inspections and fine-tuning.
Ready to tested at Misano on July 10th during the "Two Stroke Is Back" event.

Primo cilindro plug and play senza apportare tante modifiche.
Questo progetto è partito nel 2023 con i primi studi e bozze al cad.
Sono state mantenute gli ingombri e interasse delle viti del carter dell'albero motore, ma è stato sviluppato attorno un cilindro moderno con dei travasi, uno studio dei flussi e un sistema di raffreddamento migliore che dovrebbe garantire miglior coppia e potenza.

🇬🇧Racing cylinder for the Suzuki RG500.
The first plug-and-play cylinder without any modifications.
This project began in 2023 with initial studies and CAD drafts.
The overall dimensions and center distance of the crankcase bolts were retained, but a modern cylinder was developed with transfer ports, flow analysis, and a better cooling system that should ensure better torque and power.

Solo teste singole e scarichi, e infine centralina programmabile, la differenza principale la fa l'elettronica più evoluta.
