La materia prima detta le regole. 🪵
Questa tavola in radica di pioppo non proviene da un catalogo. È stata ispezionata e selezionata direttamente in segheria, fuori da ogni logica di fornitura standard.
Il colore non copre, rivela. Questa prima stesura di blu profondo è studiata per far emergere la complessa tridimensionalità del legno, creando un netto contrasto con i nodi naturali dorati. Una mappa topografica che reagisce alla luce, ancora in piena fase di lavorazione.
È solo il primo passo. L'evoluzione di questo corpo sarà svelata a tempo debito.

The raw material sets the rules. 🪵
This poplar burl slab doesn't come from a catalog. It was inspected and hand-selected directly at the sawmill, far from any standard supply logic.
The color doesn't hide; it reveals. This first layer of deep blue is designed to bring out the complex, three-dimensional nature of the wood, creating a sharp contrast with the natural golden knots. A topographical map that reacts to light, still heavily in progress.
This is only step one. The evolution of this body will be unveiled in due time.

Levigare a mano non è solo un passaggio obbligato nel processo, è il momento in cui si entra davvero in sintonia con lo strumento.
Seguire dolcemente le curve, rifinire i dettagli vicino alla buca a "effe" e sentire sotto le dita il pioppo marezzato che inizia a rivelarsi. È un lavoro di pazienza, millimetro dopo millimetro, ma è proprio qui, sul banco di lavoro e tra la polvere, che una chitarra inizia ad acquisire la sua voce e la sua anima.

Curves, grain, and sawdust 🪵✨
Hand sanding isn't just a mandatory step in the process; it's the moment you truly connect with the instrument.
Gently following the curves, refining the details near the f-hole, and feeling the flamed poplar starting to reveal itself under your fingers. It’s a work of patience, millimeter by millimeter, but it's exactly here, on the workbench and amidst the sawdust, that a guitar begins to acquire its voice and soul.

Ma**co: Pezzo unico in acero.

Corpo: Acero in pezzo unico (una scelta differente rispetto all'alder per ottenere un attacco della nota micidiale! ⚡).

Anima Vintage: Hardware relic, elettronica fedele all'epoca e pickup avvolti a mano qui in laboratorio seguendo gli standard vintage.

Ogni colpo di plettro su questa chitarra trasuda storia. Ricordatevi che tutti gli strumenti Gianand sono costruiti interamente a mano nel mio laboratorio in Toscana. 🇮🇹

What am I showing you today? A real gem fresh out of the workshop. 🛠️

Check out this Telecaster Relic, a faithful 1951 replica, but with a unique twist requested by the client. Here’s what makes it special:

Neck: One-piece maple.

Body: One-piece maple (a bold choice compared to alder, picked for a massive note attack! ⚡).

Vintage Soul: Relic hardware, period-correct electronics, and hand-wound pickups made right here following vintage standards.

Every pick strike on this guitar breathes history. Remember, all Gianand instruments are entirely handcrafted in my workshop in Tuscany. 🇮🇹

In una mano tengo il body della mia La T con le camere tonali, progettate per ridurre il peso mantenendo sustain e risonanza. Nell’altra, un incredibile top in radica di pioppo italiano. 🇮🇹
Scegliere legni locali è per me una questione di identità: queste venature renderanno la chitarra un pezzo d’arte unico. Non vedo l’ora di vedere l’effetto finale dopo la verniciatura! 💣
