Regular sweeping helps prevent dangerous chimney fires by removing soot, tar and debris build up, not only keeping you and your family safer, but also helping your stove operate more efficiently.

HETAS recommends having your chimney swept a minimum of once a year, perhaps more often depending on the appliance, your fuel and the frequency of use.

Our sweep and service is £70, and we also offer stove and chimney maintenance, including replacement parts.

Could your stack do with a spot of TLC?

This client called us in for a bit of maintenace; we gave the chimney stack a good clean, cleared away some foliage that had taken root and installed a brand new shiny Cowl to keep the chimney free of dirt and debris, safe from water ingress and unwanted avian visitors and to allow smoke and emissions to escape safely.
