Slowly chipping away at the quilting on this lime green Twisted Tiles quilt! I only have so much time during nap time to quilt, and I always have a million other things that need to get done during that time, so it’s slow going. I’m very happy with how it’s looking so far, though! 😊

I made this quilt top 3 years ago, but we moved, and then we moved again, and I forgot about it 🙈

I started quilting it yesterday, and I’m going to keep going at it!

1. Syd Tie Dress by Sydney 👋🏼 in fableism supply co sprout wovens in chamomile. Pretty sure I purchased the fabric from Global Fiber Shop
2. Matching set in a linen cotton blend from Blackbird Fabrics | Patterns are the Philo top by JULESMSMIT | sewing patterns and the shorts are the Penmon shorts by Allotment Clothing and this outfit was SO perfect for a warm summer beach vacation!
3. Our last day was so jam packed, I forgot to get a good picture in my Beth blouse! Pattern by Madeline | Sewing Pattern Designer and fabric is a gingham linen also from Blackbird Fabrics

I finished sewing a Philo Top and wanted to add a tag to finish it off.

I like to use a small square of scrap fabric and simply press the edges in and sew it to the inside back piece. I added a little extra to this one by embroidering my initials onto the tag ☺️ It’s nothing fancy, but it works for me!

Last summer, my husband and I went to Japan and I got a stack of fabric in Nippori. I don’t usually buy fabric unless I have plans for it, and it took a me a bit, but I finally figured out what I want to make! I got the Maggie Poppin tote bag pattern and cut into my fabric today. I need to order a few supplies, so it’ll be a while before I make more progress, but I’m really needing a larger analog bag for all my little projects and puzzle books and things that I tote around the house 😊
