I have decided to open the shop back up with the re-branding of new products.

In the month of February for Valentines Day, The Modern Mama shop will offer Bubbly infused Chocolate Covered Strawberries and Chauterrie Boxes for the local area.

Okay y'all I am about to launch some products. If you would like to claim an item on hand please comment on the photo with the caption and list your email address. All items are first come first serve, but more can be made by request in a timely manner. Once you claim an item I will email you an invoice via PayPal within 24 hours. You have 24 hours to pay the invoice and your item will be shipped within 2-3 business day unless it falls on a weekend or holiday where the post office is closed.

Shipping is additional to the price of the product. Unfortunately being in Japan shipping costs are not in my favor, but I am doing my best to get the possible shipping cost for everyone. All products will be mailed through USPS priority mail so you do not have to worry about international shipping. I will include the shipping cost in your invoice. Most items will be shipped in a small flat rate box (unless a large amount of goods are purchased) and the cost will be $8.00 to anywhere in the U.S. It will take 5-7 business days to be received in the U.S from my location. Orders over $40.00 will get Free Shipping.

If you are a local customer, I will still send you an invoice for the price of the product but we can arrange for product pick up or drop off.

Welcome to The Modern Mama Shop. I want to introduce myself and tell you a little bit about me. My name is Taylor Metzler and I am the mama to a precious little girl who has inspired me to test my creative abilities and open my shop. I am an English Teacher by trade, but a stay at home mama by choice. I have been married to my jack-of-all-trades husband for 5 years, and we are stationed in mainland Japan right now on military orders. The past four years of overseas living has been some of our best memories and bringing our precious daughter into the world here has been the icing on the cake for us.

The Modern Mama Shop is an in home business branded and operated by myself that offers custom and handmade hair bows, baby onesies, mom and me apparel, and earrings. In addition to sales from the facebook group we will also launch on Etsy on April 1, 2019. I am still working out some small kinks of being a small business owner, so please be patient with me as I still am learning to operate successfully. Enjoy browsing our page and Happy Shopping!
