Anybody out there had any of these? Or another that you liked? Would be interesting to feature some non-alcoholic wines as part of an upcoming theme.

We sampled more than a dozen bottles of nonalcoholic wine and found our favorite reds, whites, and rosés.

Last one of these, folks!

For anyone up to date on their Sourthern Rhone vintages, you'll know that what you're looking at here is special indeed. Wine Spectator rated 2016 a near-perfect 99 points, saying "This truly rare vintage is a new benchmark." 2015 was not far behind at 97 points.

Just as you surely are, I am huge fan of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. However, its neighbors Gigondas and Vacqueryas have become favorites of mine as well, once I discovered and become deeply enamored of them around the time I got my WSET advanced certificate. Lesser known than CdP, to be sure, but very much able to deliver striking complexity and finesse. This month's theme is Austria and it's a good one! I've long been a fan of Grüner Veltliner and Müller-Thurgau, and each of this month's wine sets include a bottle of the former, along with a Zierfandler and a red Zweigelt.

These wines are perfect for Spring and are likely to be quite a change from the heavy hitting wines you might normally enjoy from California or Australia. Delicate, nuanced, and supple, and wonderful on their own or with food.

Stock is now quite limited and we'll be taking the final orders for this month's wines tomorrow until midnight!
