Ingredients
150g Dark Chocolate
110g smooth Nutty by Nature Crunchy Peanut Butter
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1/2 caster sugar
2 tablespoons salted butter
3 tablespoons double cream
Rock salt to sprinkle

1. Line a muffin tray with cupcake liners. Melt dark chocolate for short bursts in the microwave until smooth. Pour a little in each cupcake liner and refrigerate for a few minutes.
2. To make the caramel, melt caster sugar over a medium heat in a pan, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. Once sugar has melted into thick brown liquid, add the salted butter and stir until completely smooth - about 2 minutes. If the butter begins to separate, remove from heat and whisk until smooth. Reduce heat and slowly add the double cream, as the caramel rises continue to stir. Allow to cool.
3. Melt peanut butter & coconut oil for a few seconds until smooth, pour over dark chocolate followed by a teaspoon of caramel. Allow the layers to settle for 2 minutes and cover with another pour of dark chocolate. Sprinkle with rock salt and refrigerate to set.

These peanut butter bliss balls have just 5 ingredients and take 5 minutes to make! So so easy, they are perfect snack to get you through the week!

Ingredients
15 dates, pitted and soaked
4 tablespoons Nutty by Nature Smooth Peanut Butter
2 teaspoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
1/2 cup Nutty by Nature Salted Peanuts

Desiccated coconut for dusting

1. Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Roll into small balls, dust with desiccated coconut & eat.

A few issues had to be discussed and the final decision was made by the C.E.O

We understand that all the participants in our previous gift hamper promotion did not submit the purchase receipts for the Nutty By Nature products because they had bought the products before the competition began and that they did not have the receipts at that moment.

We therefore came to a conclusion that three of the eight participants are to be awarded.

For the remaining 5 who did not qualify to be winners, 3 submitted pictures for the products that are not on the market (regarded as pictures that were taken long ago) and 2 submitted pictures that had been posted on our social media platforms or our website.
