This is a simple guide that I usually send to my clients when they purchase charcoal oven.

Step by step

Step 1, light your charcoal from the normal jiko untill they are red hot.
Step 2, transfer the red hot charcoal into the oven (usijaze kabisa ), after you transfer the charcoal ,leave the oven doors open including the two widow for like five minutes ,for the smoke traped inside the oven to disappear.
Step3,After the five minutes put your oven thermometer inside and close all the doors and leave it for another 5minute.

Step4, open one door to check the temperature , if the temp and is below your desired one give it more time , if it is beyond your
5, when your desired temperature is reached , put your your cake butter inside and close the doors.

N/B (do not open the doors the time is lapsed)
