That is not unusual. Most women are walking around in the wrong bra size, and in Kenya, where proper bra fittings are not easy to come by, the number is even higher than you think.

The wrong bra affects your posture, how your clothes sit, and your confidence in them.

Here is how to fix it:

Step 1 — Measure your band
Wrap a tape measure snugly around your ribcage, just below your bust. That number is your band size.

Step 2 — Measure your bust
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the ground.

Step 3 — Find your cup size
Subtract your band measurement from your bust measurement. Each inch of difference = one cup size. 1 inch = A, 2 inches = B, 3 inches = C, and so on.

Step 4 — Check the fit
