Sea Garden Welcome to Sea Garden, a place where you can experience and learn about crystals and alternative healing. Crystals work through resonance and vibration.

Sea Garden is based in Diani, Kenya and was created by Tisah Kuzi to bring both healing and beauty together. Tisah is spiritually guided to provide healing with energy, light and love! Tisah completed her Crystal Healing course at the start of 2010 and has been crystal healing for almost 12 years now. Sea Garden was set up shortly after she completed her healing course. Crystals have been used for a millennia to heal and bring balance, the healing properties of gemstones, their beauty, and magic have been recognised and harnessed, as far back as the Stone Age. Each and every crystal has its own unique healing properties, capable of healing physical, emotional, mental and spiritual ailments. To gain maximum benefits from crystal healing, you need to be properly trained or to be treated by someone who is well qualified and experienced. It is important to remember that healing is not the same as curing. Healing is helping the body, or mind, to become stronger and consequently better. Always see your doctor if you have complicated health problems or serious injuries. Healing with gemstones, complements, but is not meant as a substitute for medical, or psychological, diagnosis and treatment when needed.

Meet Erica - Content & Communications

Erica has been gathering stones for over thirty years. As a child she climbed trees and kept her hands in the earth, and that pull toward crystals and Mama Earth never left her.

She was born in Italy and studied Communication Sciences at university, the same years she found her way to tarot and energy work, through a synchronous encounter with a shaman that opened a door she’d kept closed.
Around that time she also came into contact with healing herbs and bodywork, seeds that would shape everything that was to follow…

She built an early career as a journalist and writer, with several published books and years of editorial work, grounded in the belief that words chosen with care can change how people see themselves.

Then came Kenya and Uganda, years of volunteering in remote areas that changed the texture of everything. East Africa worked its way into her bones, and after a chapter of professional life back in Europe, the pull to return was stronger than anything holding her elsewhere.

She’s been in Kenya since, developing her wellness brand DAYO around movement, conscious nutrition, and somatic awareness.

She first came to Sea Garden as a client, drawn in through a serendipitous connection with Tisah. Then Christine arrived. Three women, one shared belief that the earth offers exactly what we need, when we need it. This journey at Sea Garden is theirs together.

Now, full circle, Erica is the one caring for Sea Garden’s voice, its communications, and its relationship with everyone who walks through the door.

Just beginning to explore, or deepening a lifelong relationship with Earth’s treasures, Erica is here to listen, and to help you find the piece that finds you back.
