Banu Shayba are descendants of Uthman ibn Talha رضي الله عنه. On the Day of Conquest of Makkah, Prophet Muhammad S.A.W gave him the keys to the Kaaba and said, 'Take it, O family of Talha until the Day of Resurrection.'
