we would like to emphasize that our studio's headsculpt products are not directly painted and delivered by individuals, and I understand that this may be a concern for some pre-purchasing customers who often receive personal inquiries through SNS. We would like to ask for your apology and understanding to those who are waiting for the product to resolve the misunderstanding, and would like to inform you that the following changes have been made due to the confusion in the relationship between the pre-purchaser and RCN STUDIOS due to social media. For "RCN STUDIOS" and Roundcode, we have decided to proceed with the communication system in a different way with inquiries regarding headsculpture pre-booking on Instagram and Facebook. If you have any questions, please contact us via e-mail. This is to prevent confusion on SNS (those who mistake it for personal production and send abusive and bullying SNS to studio employees without checking for notice updates on the official website and Google site), and since last year, the quarterly notice has been provided by RCN Studio official website rcnstudios.art, which can also be found on RCN Google site, please refer to the link guided above.

Notice for FP4N12J 1/6 Scale Head Sculpture
We would like to explain the situation of mass products

Over the past few months, we have tried our best to communicate with the factory and keep track of the production progress. I was disappointed when I went to the factory in China last time. Nevertheless, we tried to fix the products one by one, but they are still not what we expected

After consulting with collectors and friends, we have to make a difficult decision – we will start all over again. Previous products will be destroyed and we will start all over

Due to this, FP4N12J will be postponed in Q1-2 as it will be a new project again.

FP2N6A and FP2N12A will be released before FP4N12J. We found a new partner who can produce high quality head pieces. We will never fail again. Except for FP4N12J, the rest of the products are already in progress at the new partner's factory, so you don't have to worry.
