GME FINANCE MARKETING OFFICER (Seoul)

Job Summary:
Finance Marketing officer of GME Finance is responsible for shaping and executing company marketing strategies, as well as developing and implementing creative marketing strategies to promote our loan products among eligible foreigners in Korea. This role involves building strong relationships with potential customers and closely collaborating with the credit collection teams and other co-marketers.

Job Description
1. Develop and execute own marketing strategies to promote existing and new service of GME Finance.
2. Collaborate with design team to develop online marketing contents including SNS posters, videos, and other materials.
3. Create mobile marketing plans, arrange staff, and visit factories, dormitories, and restaurants to meet customers.
4. Create offline advertising materials with the collaboration of your own team/other team/ group.

Key responsibilities:
Marketing related responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments, own market trends, competitor activities & report to management.
- Execute and uphold company strategies and policies related to marketing, staff management, and overall administration.

- Collaborate with design team to develop online marketing contents including SNS posters, videos, and other materials.

- Participate in group activities including group mobile marketing organized by specific group that you belong to.
- Initiate and organize individual corridor promotional campaigns as well as contribute to the ex*****on of collective promotional campaigns within the group or the whole marketing team.
- Ensure that the promotional material and marketing campaign strategies are updated regularly.
- Create weekly report for marketing meetings & provide information required for the monthly group reports to the Group heads.

Loan processing related responsibilities
- Review, filter & verify the loan applications received through all the online & offline marketing activities.
- Complete the application with all the required documents for the filtered & reviewed applications.
- Key-in the loan applications in our internal system to start the screening of the loan application.
- Follow up the submitted loan applications with credit team to faster processing & releasing.
- Provides updates on the status of the loan application to the customer throughout the process.
- Keep records about the loan applications among your team members. If necessary, report the loan application records to the management.

Ongoing loan & overdue related responsibilities.
- Address customers inquiries regarding their ongoing loan accounts, repayment schedules & other ongoing loan related inquiries.
- Help change the registered information with the support from the collection team.
- Collaborate with collection team to develop & implement strategies for recovering long term overdue cases in and outside of Korea.
- Support collection team to contact the overdue customers & their families in and outside of Korea.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/ master’s degree or equivalent

- E7, F2, F5, F6 Visa (D2 visa will be considered if you have enough points to get F2 visa)

- Ability of oral communication and present in Facebook live.

- Native from Thailand, India, Pakistan, Myanmar, Philippines, Bangladesh

Desirable qualifications:

- Experience in Marketing/Finance or a related field.

- Proficient knowledge of Facebook Ads.
