Inspiring Future Aviators | RC Workshop at Ananda College ✈️🇱🇰

We were proud to collaborate with the Aeronautical Academy of Ananda College to successfully conduct an exciting RC Workshop for aspiring young aviation enthusiasts.

During the workshop, students built and flew the R2020 Cub a model aircraft proudly designed and manufactured in Sri Lanka by Rylee's Aero Models. This hands-on experience helped students develop craftsmanship, creativity, innovation, problem-solving, and teamwork, while gaining practical knowledge of aeromodelling and aviation.

At Rylee's Aero Models, our mission is to inspire the next generation to dream beyond limits, develop world-class skills, and reach the world's skies with confidence making Sri Lanka proud through innovation and engineering excellence.

Rylee's Aero Models was honored to share our knowledge and experience with the participants of the Aviation Fundamentals for Beginners course at the Sri Lanka Air Force Museum, Ratmalana.

✈️ Building More Than Model Aircraft — Building Future Engineers

We are proud to have partnered with the Mechanical Engineering Department of SLIIT for AeroForge '26, an inspiring workshop that brought together passionate students, future engineers, and aviation enthusiasts.

At Rylee's Aero Models, our vision goes far beyond building model airplanes. We believe every aircraft built by hand teaches creativity, problem-solving, aerodynamics, teamwork, and the confidence to turn ideas into reality.

Seeing students design, build, and fly RC aircraft was a powerful reminder that Sri Lanka has incredible young talent ready to shape the future of aviation and engineering.

We sincerely thank the Faculty of Engineering, Dean Prof. Ayantha Gomes, Head of Department Prof. Migara Liyanage, the organizing committee, and every student who participated with enthusiasm and curiosity throughout the program.
