Nothing, the innovative tech company known for its distinctive transparent designs, is set to expand its smartphone lineup in 2025 with the introduction of several new models. Among the anticipated releases are the Nothing Phone (3a), Phone (3a) Pro, and the flagship Phone (3).
Nothing Phone (3a) and Phone (3a) Pro
Scheduled for an official unveiling on March 4, 2025, during the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, the Phone (3a) series aims to offer a balance between performance and affordability. Both models are expected to feature a 6.77-inch 120Hz AMOLED display and will be powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor. The primary distinction between the two lies in their camera configurations:
Phone (3a): Equipped with a horizontal camera arrangement, including a 50-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 2x telephoto lens.
Phone (3a) Pro: Features a half-spiral camera layout with a 50-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 3x periscope lens.
Both models are expected to come with a 5,000 mAh battery and will be available in various RAM and storage configurations. Leaked pricing suggests that the Phone (3a) will start at €329, while the Phone (3a) Pro will be priced at €459.
Nothing Phone (3)
The flagship Nothing Phone (3) is slated for release in mid-2025. This model is expected to build upon the company's signature design elements, featuring a transparent back with an enhanced Glyph interface. Anticipated specifications include a 6.7-inch OLED panel with LTPO support, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, and a triple-camera system comprising a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 50-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a dedicated telephoto sensor. The device is also expected to integrate advanced AI features, aiming to redefine the user experience of personal computing devices.
