Just finished baking croissants and pain au chocolat this morning.

Freshly made Chocolate Merveilleux, a light and indulgent chocolate dessert.
Each layer was carefully assembled to create the delicate meringue and chocolate mousse balance, which I then coated in chocolate shavings. I am really proud with the final result.

New addition to the Dream Chocolates of Paris menu, handcrafted dark chocolate bonbons with a silky coffee ganache filling.
Perfectly tempered chocolate shell with a snap and glossy finish. Filled with a rich coffee center that pairs beautifully with the dark chocolate.
These have my favorite flavor combinations so far: dark chocolate and coffee.
Boxes available in sizes of 6 and 12 bonbons.

I will be returning to the Ocala Downtown Market tomorrow, December 6th, from 9 to 2pm for the final time of this year and there will be a return of chocolate chip cookies as they are a favorite!
Chocolate/Butter Croissants – Flaky, soft, and perfect for breakfast.
Sourdough – Dense and naturally fermented.
Fudgy Brownie – Fudgy, chocolatey, and rich.
Mountain Cake – Soft, moist, great for sharing, and pairs well with tea and coffee.
