Honey Garlic Salmon
Glazed Honey Garlic Salmon Fillets
Ingredients:

4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley or sesame seeds for garnish
Directions:

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes, until the skin is crispy and the salmon is golden.
Flip the salmon fillets and pour the honey garlic mixture over them. Let the sauce simmer and thicken for 2-3 minutes, spooning it over the salmon to glaze evenly.
Remove the skillet from heat once the salmon is cooked through (internal temperature of 145Β°F or 63Β°C) and the sauce is sticky and caramelized.
Garnish with fresh parsley or sesame seeds before serving.
