โข Coordinate with directors, sales, project planning, accounting, procurement teams and contractors to ensure smooth project ex*****on
โข Plan materials requirements and labour needs with the project planning team and ensure proper follow up
โข Ensure works are executed according to approved designs, programmes and quality standards
โข Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and provide technical updates to the Operations Director and Managing Director
โข Prepare scopes and programmes of works while ensuring timely project completion
โข Assist in optimising project costs, schedules, and quality solutions
โข Support the implementation of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment procedures
โข Supervise project progress and conduct site meetings and visits
โข Collaborate with the sales team on tenders and quotations
โข Encourage teamwork and contribute towards achieving common goals
โข Demonstrate strong ownership of deliverables while continuously developing your multidisciplinary engineering skills
๐ค ๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ฒโ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐น๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ:
โข Bachelorโs Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, or Renewable Energy Engineering
โข 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, including team leadership or supervisory exposure
โข Hands-on experience in Solar PV systems and electrical distribution
โข Strong technical expertise with a commercial and project management mindset
โข Valid driving licence (essential for site visits)
