We’ve been quiet, but we kept working.

Over the past year we’ve been out building hiking trails across Mexico with .de.mexico , working alongside local communities, and figuring out what Volpi should be next.

At a time when Mexico and its people are being reduced to a stereotype (thank you USA), we want to say the opposite, loudly. Mexico is craft, culture, and community. Its people are hardworking, creative, and deeply rooted in something real. What gets built here, with hands, with heart, with purpose, is worth celebrating.

The answer is the Coati. A handmade everyday bag built in Guadalajara by Carlos, the other half of Volpi. Made with local materials, priced honestly, built to last.

But what you might not know is the deep bond that Giuseppe shares with Matteo—he’s been a close part of Matteo’s life since he was just five years old!

Today marks an exciting milestone as Giuseppe officially joins us at Volpi Outdoor Gear, bringing his expertise and warmth to our Quality Control department. Having someone like Giuseppe, who’s not only incredibly skilled but also feels like family, is truly a blessing. We couldn’t be happier to have him on our team as we continue our journey of crafting top-notch outdoor gear for adventurers worldwide.
