WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO TO CARE FOR YOU THIS MONTH?

For many of us, showing others how much we care for them is a big part of the holiday season, and that is wonderful, but don't forget to take care of yourself in the process. You deserve care too. I'm going to prioritize a good night's sleep, keep up with yoga, set aside time for non business related creative projects, and make sure that I spend quality time with the people I care about most (even if it's via skype or telephone).
