STEAMDECK or most of the Gaming console ，
Every pin in the type c port is link to different IC and component

If u kena VBUS or CC2 or SBU2 short when plug in the not suitable charger , or the low quality fake charger , ur chances to be fix is 99.9% due to its only related to *POWER MANAGEMENT IC* or *CHARGING CONTROL IC*

If it is D+ D- line short , D+ D- is not control by any IC , its direct shoot thru and come from the data transfer line from APU. At the result found , the short is from APU. Means game over 👾👾👾

It wasn’t the first unit, and is won’t be the last unit , it will keep going on and going on non stop due to many person don’t know how to use the correct charger in the correct way . It’s happen in all electrical gadget include cellphone and tablet.

THIS CUSTOMER STEAMDECK OLED JUST USED FOR AROUND 3months . one time using the wrong charging watt power bank insert , spoil direct .
If u no issue , don’t worry , on the way coming , just be patient .
