[FAQ-2] 100% fully authentic & original tcg cards
This is mostly asking questions in shopee chats.
Please note that shopee is not ‘PDD’, shopee gets its own punishments on sellers if any fraud or failure to deliver the goods.
I established this business primary intention is to help collectors collect their favourite tcg cards from Japan. (Although I did go China for their own exclusive cards, but mostly still Japan)
Tcg cards’ price is quite transparent over various platforms or apps, imagine that you can only buy from Japan, but not your own country. My job is to bring back tcg cards from Japan and sell them in Malaysia’ market. Of course, there are other competitors that did the same things, open markets no issue.
Furthermore, 80% of my overall tcg cards are below RM200 and the quantity of cards is mostly at 1-2 pcs only. Yes, because you can’t buy more in the same shop. Other shops may sell at higher prices that you bought before. What I want to emphasize is that it is not an easier business to get your fixed suppliers, because tcg cards are like “lucky draws” and depend on each shop offering the best price to buy back from players. I can buy the card now, but next month I’m unable to buy the same cards and the prices are higher than before. So, basically on a first come first serve basis, please do not ask me for lower prices, I may only consider it if you buy more.
Yes, my business name is hobby shops. I did sell gunpla & kamen rider figures , but due to the bigger boxes and weightage resulting in a high oversea postage & custom levy, I was unable to recover the costs in a very competitive market right now. I will try my best to bring in those figures together with the tcg cards at my best effort basis.
Last but not least, buyers can always see my shopee purchase reviews. I always deliver your orders to you if I have the cards you are buying. There is nothing for me to hold back or cancel your order. As a business entity, I can always buy back the cards from Japan and sell them again on shopee, just the price may be higher depending on the time I purchase. My current business has expanded from Pokemon to Bandai Cards Game i.e. One Piece, Gundam, Digimon etc. I will continue to do this business as long as these tcg lines still release new products in future.

此外，我销售的 TCG 卡牌中，80% 的价格都在 RM200 以下，且大多数单品库存仅为 1-2 张。没错，因为在同一家店往往无法大量购入同款卡牌；其他店铺的售价也可能比你之前的购买价更高。我想强调的是，要找到固定的供货商并非易事，因为 TCG 卡牌的交易就像“抽奖”一样，很大程度上取决于各家店铺向玩家收购时的出价。我可能今天能买到某张卡，但下个月却买不到同款，或者价格已大幅上涨。因此，销售基本遵循“先到先得”的原则；请勿要求降价，除非您大量购买，否则我通常不予考虑。
没错，我的店名是“Hobby Shops”（模型/爱好店）。我确实曾销售过高达模型（Gunpla）和假面骑士手办，但由于这些商品包装大、重量重，导致海外运费和关税高昂，在当前竞争激烈的市场环境下，我很难收回成本。不过，我会尽最大努力，争取在进货 TCG 卡牌的同时，也带回一些手办类商品。
最后，买家随时可以查看我在 Shopee 上的交易评价。只要我有您订购的卡牌，就一定会发货。我没有任何理由扣留商品或无故取消您的订单。作为商家，我随时可以从日本回购这些卡牌并在 Shopee 上再次销售，不过进货价格可能会因采购时机而有所波动。我的业务范围已从最初的宝可梦（Pokémon）扩展到了万代（Bandai）旗下的各类卡牌游戏，例如《海贼王》（One Piece）、《高达》（Gundam）和《数码宝贝》（Digimon）等。只要这些集换式卡牌（TCG）系列继续推出新品，我就将坚持经营这项业务。
