PLEASE READ & UNDERSTAND BEFORE PLACING A PRE-ORDER
Thank you for your understanding and support!
1. ALLOCATION
Pre-orders do NOT guarantee allocation. Depending on the distributor’s allocation, you may receive full allocation, partial allocation, or no allocation.
2. PRICE & PRODUCT DETAILS
Prices, product contents, specifications, and other product details may change without prior notice due to changes from the supplier or distributor.
3. PAYMENT
Payment is only required after your allocation has been confirmed. Payment requests may be sent 1 week to 1 month before the official release date.
4. RELEASE & ARRIVAL
Pre-order items will only be released on or after the official release date. Actual arrival dates depend on the supplier/distributor. Any updates will be announced in the pre-order group.
5. NO ALLOCATION / REFUND
If you do not receive an allocation, your refund will be processed within 3–14 working days.
6. PRODUCT CONDITION
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted for manufacturer/distributor product condition issues, as all products are supplied directly by the official distributor/supplier.
7. PAYMENT FAILURE
Please order responsibly. Failure to make payment after allocation has been confirmed will result in you being blacklisted from all future pre-orders.
8. CANCELLATION
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled. If your order is not fulfilled in the first wave, it may be fulfilled in a later wave, subject to availability.
9. PAYMENT ACCOUNT
Payments must ONLY be made to:

10. DEPOSIT POLICY
• Orders above RM1,000 → 10% deposit required
• Orders below RM1,000 → No deposit required
11. AGREEMENT
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above Terms & Conditions.
