6.once got the wrong item please inform us immediately (which mean u order A bag and we had send u a B bag ) please inform us immediately , we will replace a new one to u if we had send u a wrong unit after we had receive the wrong unit from u
7.order will only proceed after payment received , we will not proceed ur order if we do not get ur payment , and u mention which u had transfer , so please keep the resit for reference
8.please keep ur resit after u bank in , because we need ur resit as reference to proceed ur order
9.*if item with any problem please inform us imediately once u received (on the day u received the parcel/ sign the parcel),if not after that any problem which u mention will not be entertain
