很多客人看到 Epoxy Coating 觉得效果很好、又不用敲砖，想做的时候，身边有些稍微了解过的人可能就会说：
“不要做啦，以后会脱的。”
“做了几年一定后悔。”
“这种 coating 不耐久的。”
但其实，Epoxy Coating 会不会脱落，并不是一句“这个产品会脱”就能决定的。
真正影响耐用度的，是很多环节加在一起，包括：
产品本身的品质是否稳定
原有地面的 condition 是否适合施工
施工前有没有做好清洁、打磨及基层处理
材料比例、施工层数及干燥时间是否正确
师傅有没有足够的经验和技术处理细节位置
施工后有没有按照正确方式使用和保养
同样叫 Epoxy Coating，不同材料、不同施工流程、不同师傅做出来，结果可以差很多。
所以我们一直都很重视前期判断和施工流程。并不是客人说想做，我们就直接过去涂一层而已。现场 condition、旧涂层、地砖状态、排水位置、墙边和 floor trap 等细节，都会影响最后的效果和耐用度。
我们也明白，客人最担心的其实不只是“会不会脱”，而是：
“如果以后真的有问题，我还找得到你们吗？”
这也是为什么 Homey Waterproof 完工后会提供正式单据，并且有 Warranty Card / Warranty Statement 给客户。我们是有正规 SSM 注册的公司，不是今天做完、明天电话号码就找不到人的施工队。
我们希望客人买的不只是一个“好看的 coating”，而是一套有流程、有记录、有人负责的服务。
当然，任何 coating 都不应该被说成“永远不会有问题”。但好的材料、正确的施工流程，加上有经验的师傅，才是真正决定它能不能耐用的关键。

Sometimes, when customers see epoxy coating and like the finished look, they may hear comments from friends or people who have some experience with it:
“Don’t do it — it will peel off later.”
“You’ll regret it after a few years.”
“Epoxy coating doesn’t last.”
But whether an epoxy coating peels or not is not just about the product itself.
Its durability depends on several important factors — the quality of the material, proper surface preparation, a complete installation process, and most importantly, the installer’s experience and workmanship.
The same “epoxy coating” can perform very differently depending on how it is done.
Before installation, the existing floor condition needs to be checked carefully. Proper cleaning, grinding or surface preparation, treatment of old coatings, correct material ratio, application method, drying time, and details around wall edges and floor traps all play a part in the final result.
That is why at Homey Waterproof, we do not simply apply a layer of coating and leave.
We follow a proper process and make sure the site condition is suitable before proceeding.
We also understand that one of the biggest concerns customers have is:
“If there is a problem later, will I still be able to find the contractor?”
After completion, we provide our customers with an official invoice and Warranty Card / Warranty Statement. Homey Waterproof is a properly SSM-registered company, so this is not the kind of service where the installer disappears after the job is done.
We want our customers to receive more than just a nice-looking coating.
We want to provide a service that comes with proper workmanship, documentation, warranty, and accountability.
Of course, no coating should be advertised as something that can “never have any problem.” But with good materials, proper preparation, the correct installation process, and experienced workmanship, the difference in durability can be significant.
