Some viewers have asked why this penthouse looks so raw on camera, so I’d like to share some context.

This is not just a shell & core unit, it’s a total bare unit.
No flooring. No plaster ceiling. No kitchen cabinetry or even appliances.
Everything was stripped away and the space was dusty and unfinished at the time of filming.

Homes like this are genuinely challenging to shoot.
Without finishes, furnitures, or light staging, scale is harder to read, sounds (Echo Everywhere) are unforgiving, and nothing “helps” the camera. That’s also why many agents choose not to show or film units in this condition.

But as realtors and professionals, our responsibility goes beyond what’s easy to present.
It’s about giving owners and developers confidence that their property even in its most raw and bare state can still be represented clearly, honestly and with respect.

This video isn’t about staging . overstyling or hype.

It’s about showing the space as it truly is, and helping viewers understand the potential, the scale, and the ownership experience behind it.
