We’ve been thinking about doing a Salted Egg Shio Pan for the longest time… then we saw Jun | Jun & Tonic ’s Lao Sa Bao tutorial and that was all the convincing we needed. Thanks Jun 😀

Did it work? YES, OF COURSE IT DID! 🥐✨

Say hi to our Adzuki and Mochi Shio Pan, new addition for this weekend. Crackly crust, chewy mochi and mildly sweet adzuki. We thought to try something a little different from the Red Bean and Butter combo. Give it a try early today! Open from 9am on weekends for salty goodness.

AUDIO On - 30 test runs later, we got our Roti Masin aka Shio Pan 1.5 right where we wanted it. Slow-proofed, using cultured butter and baked fresh. Expect a slightly crackly crust, a little chew and a nutty waft. Lower your expectations as this is our first real production run so we are only making 50 pieces a day.

This first weekend we start at 9AM on Saturday and Sunday at our PJ outlet. Come early and enjoy a bundled drink deal until 12 PM with coffees for add-on from only RM3.

Mark your calendars. Let us know if you are coming and we may adjust production for more!

Chill vibes for Day 2 of Raya at Kedai Coklat PJ. Decided apt that we extend the hour for today here until 10PM (originally 9PM). Oh and we are OPEN TOMORROW for a couple of hours from 11AM until 5PM too!

Redoing the Kek Batik this year resulted in Kek Batik 2.0 with an added later of cream cheese to tamper with the "jelak"-ness of the all chocolate version last year. The balance between the chocolate and creamy cheese later makes for a more enjoyable experience, we figured. Let us know what do you think, will you?

This Raya exclusive will be available throughout the month at both outlets. We wish everyone celebrating a Selamat Hari Raya 2026. Safe journey balik kampung and for people not travelling, we are open for the Raya weekend!
