Introducing: My First 33 Beads 🌸

In the blessed month of Rejab, I’m so excited to share these sweet bag charms / keychains — perfect for a meaningful gift for mothers to little growing daughters.

Handmade with lightweight wooden beads in joyful colours, these were first created as gifts for the girls during our Salah-bration last December 🤍

After seeing how loved they were, I decided to make them part of my collection.

Designed to be clipped onto bags or phones, they gently double as 33 beads as a soft reminder woven into their day.

✨بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ✨

It was truly an eventful week for Syazni & Imaan.

Little 7 year old Imaan experienced her first hospital admission due to lung congestion. A gentle reminder for this mama to be even more mindful and attentive to her breathing moving forward 🤲🏽

On a brighter note, amidst the challenges, there was also something deeply beautiful to celebrate. Together with a few wonderful mothers, I had the honour of planning a Salahbration - a meaningful gathering to mark a special milestone for our seven-year-old girls. ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّٰهِ, it was a heartfelt and memorable success.

The girls were introduced to the beauty of khushoo’ and consistency in salaah, guided through a step-by-step wudhu demonstration, performed Zuhr in congregation, and learned about hijab - along with many other precious reminders 🤍

May Allah preserve these young, growing princesses, grant them istiqomah, and allow them to blossom as righteous, positive contributors to the deen - especially in today’s generation. Ameen.

Many times when I come across the colour green, one of the things i’m reminded of are the few verses in the Qur’an mentioning how we’ll be dressed in green silk & rich brocade in Jannah 🌿

✨Al-Insan 76:21✨

Upon the inhabitants will be green garments of fine silk and brocade. And they will be adorned with bracelets of silver, and their Lord will give them a purifying drink.

Storytime: PART 1 📖

In this season of life - as a single mom crafting as my way for rizq with these small, humble hands - you’d think everything would feel rushed.

I’ve learnt that it’s quite the opposite.

There are moments I find myself, sometimes intentionally, sometimes involuntarily, in spaces I didn’t expect to be.

And you might wonder, why?

There’s always whispers lingering in the background

• The fear of rushing for the sake of survival.
• Achieving something, and not knowing when, or how to pause
• A fear of reaching success but forgetting that all success is from Him, and can be taken away at any time
• A fear of chasing endlessly, believing the control lies in my hands, when truly all control is in His
• A fear of running after the world so much that my time for chasing the Akhirah slowly decreases

So each time I sit to craft, it becomes a pause for gratitude, a reminder that I am held, even when I feel I’m holding everything alone.

When I begin curating and assembling each piece, I imagine the receiver’s reaction. I don’t aim for a simple “oh thank you!”

• I aim for joyful tears - the kind that come from knowing they were remembered so thoughtfully
• I aim for that soft moment when they recall a shared conversation woven into a piece, when they feel special because the giver remembered their favourite colours, flowers, or little meaningful things
• I aim for them to hold the craft gently, finding beauty in its imperfections, effort in its details, and love in its humble mistakes
• I aim for returning supporters who trust me enough to carry their thoughts, so their gifts become more than a polite “oh thank you!”

This craft was more than just a fabric tuck activity, it was a moment of calm, reflection, and connection.

Piece by piece, she gently tucked fabric into the shape of Palestine - the land of resilience, strength, and unshakeable spirit.

It was surprisingly therapeutic.

A slow, mindful process that reminded her that while she can’t do much for our brothers and sisters, she can continue to remember them, honour them, and keep their story alive through her hands and heart.
